NB Creation began prior to 2022 when Nicole Burchell started crafting professional CVs for clients on a part-time basis. What began as assisting friends and family with their resumes revealed a distinct talent for creating opportunities for others. Through networking and collaboration, Nicole unearthed further skills that allowed her to expand into creative fields such as social media development, web design, and marketing.
Armed with diplomas in Graphic Design, Marketing Management, and Customer Service since 2023, Nicole has refined her workflow and ventured into new territories. This evolution has led to proficiency in diverse areas that streamline processes and provide clear career direction to professionals across multiple industries.
To date, Nicole’s unique skill set has directly impacted the lives of more than 100 people. With this wealth of knowledge, she is now focused on building a sustainable business that aims to empower local South African women to generate an income and join the fight against poverty.
In 2026, Nicole partnered with Koena Matlou, an expert in communication and negotiation to expand the business' capabilities and offer even more high quality versatile services in new markets.
Nicole Burchell
Nicole Burchell is a Content Creator, Moderator and mum from South Africa with extensive experience in writing, proofreading, arts, CV creation, administration and social media navigation. She has helped create websites for various small businesses, increasing their customer base and satisfaction.
Her goal is to create a sustainable business model that employs other creatives and ensures they are able to provide for their families and secure success for the future.
Her free time is spent raising a son, serving businesses and ministries, moderating, arts, and playing PUBG Mobile.
Koena Matlou
Koena Matlou is a local businessman from Johannesburg with far reaching experience in sales, tendering and negotiation -areas in which he naturally excels. Excellent at sourcing, he is proficient in connecting businesses and individuals with the right people to supply their needs, or facilitate mutually beneficial partnerships.
Though his experience lay mainly in the agriculture and building trades, Koena is highly capable in assisting with whatever your business needs.
